A part of the Indian Government and the Royal Government of Bhutan, Mangdechhu Hydroelectric Project Authority (MHPA), developed the project.
Mangdechhu Hydroelectric Project is a run-of-river project.
We are responsible for executing the plant’s comprehensive illumination package, encompassing the Power House area, Tunnels, Surge shaft area, Pothead yard, and all other operational areas.
